What we collect

When you request an inspection we collect your name, phone number, the neighborhood or ZIP code, what you saw and, if you give them, your email and details about the house. If you text us a photo, we receive it through your phone's messaging service.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, set a time and prepare for the inspection. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for anything you didn't ask for.

Who sees it

Our office and inspectors see it. If you ask us to send a report to your agent or lender, we send it to them. Our website host and our email and text providers handle it for us.

How long we keep it

We keep inspection records for as long as a contract or the law needs us to. Messages and requests that lead to no work are deleted when we no longer need them.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we have about you, correct it or delete it. Call the office or send an email.
